Robert Wynter

 Robert Wynter - Chicago ICE 2014Robert Wynter has been in management consulting for over 20 years. He is the founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant/Strategist with Strategic Alignment Limited, specializing in strategic transformation and training. Prior to forming Strategic Alignment Limited in July 2009, Robert was a founding partner in Growth Facilitators and before that, Managing Director of Chardale Development Company Limited.
 An Engineer by profession, Robert worked as a Process Engineer and Operations Manager in the bauxite/alumina, metal fabrication, food processing and scientific research sectors prior to his entry into the Consulting Field. Building on his process thinking honed as an engineer, and with an MBA, he launched into a career in Management Consulting, viewing himself as an Organizational Engineer. However, with a passion for Education, Robert has contributed significantly to education transformation in Jamaica, viewing himself as a Social Engineer.
 Robert founded the Educate JA! Program in 2011, tackling the problem of poor student education outcomes within the most underprivileged high schools in the inner cities and rural areas in Jamaica. Using the basic principles of Leadership, Governance, Strategy, Accountability and Community involvement, he has been able to facilitate the improvement in student performance over many of the schools to date.
 Robert is also a Certified Professional Facilitator and a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). However at the core of his success has been the use of the Balanced Scorecard as a tool for Strategic transformation (through strategy articulation, translation and execution). Certified by Drs. Kaplan and Norton (founders of the Balanced Scorecard) as a Master Balanced Scorecard practitioner, Robert has developed a reputation as being the foremost practitioner of the Balanced Scorecard tool for strategy formulation and strategy execution in Private, Public, Academic and NGO sectors throughout the Caribbean.
