Short Academic Biography:
Mehmet Ersoy is a Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies at Eskişehir Osmangazi University and a doctoral student at Anadolu University. Mehmet completed his master degree at Eskişehir Osmangazi University and undergraduate studies at Abant Izzet Baysal University. His research interests lie in the area of technology enhanced mathematics instruction, ranging from theory to design to implementation. In recent years he focused on integrating Web 2.0 and semantic web technologies into mathematics instruction. In prior work, he focused on dynamic geometry applications.
Mehmet has attended over twenty conference and workshops on educational media and technologies. He served on three conference program committees on educational administration, primary school teaching and values education.
In his spare time Mehmet can be found playing with his cats, sampling new wines and beers, and enjoying good food.
