Dr. Mikhail Bukhtoyarov
Dr. Mikhail Bukhtoyarov, Siberian Federal University, RUSSIA /University of Duisburg-Essen, GERMANY
Dr. Mikhail Bukhtoyarov is currently a guest researcher and a guest lecturer at the Universityof DuisburgEssen, Germany. He also holds the position of an associate professor at the Department of Global Studies and Geopolitics of Siberian Federal University, Russia.
In 2002 he earned a Specialist degree in Language Education from Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University, Russia. In 2007 he defended his PhD thesis in Social Philosophy on the issues of the emerging global society. In 2009 he earned his MEd in Instructional Technology from Kent State University, Ohio, the USA.
Dr. Bukhtoyarov teaches Philosophy and Instructional Technology and Design. He is also the Head of U CAN School blended learning project for rural area students.
His research interests include sociophilosophical issues of the global society, education in the digital era, and instructional design development.
