Dr. John Klatt

Biography – John Klatt

My lifelong fascination with human potential and performance led me to pursue graduate study at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I was fortunate to earn a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology under the mentorship of Professor Robert Enright. For over a decade, I have conducted research on forgiveness to better understand how people cope with unjust, and hurtful, treatment. I publish both conceptual and empirical articles on the topic of forgiveness, serve as a referee for scholarly journals, and write educational curricula. I currently serve as Assistant Dean for Student Development at UW-Madison. In this role, I focus on programs and policies that further student personal and professional growth.
